No such thing as a life that's better than yours
In the last 5 years I’ve traveled the world quite a bit, 10 plus countries including 5 continents. Through my travels, I’ve seen a lot of different things that I thought I’d never see and or didn’t exist at all. Majority of the countries I’ve traveled to have been “third world countries” though I hate using that term I’m gonna use it to give people better insight on what exactly I’m going to speak about. I noticed a common trend of wanting what you don’t have. Many people in the western world have an easier time than most but it also makes it more difficult psychologically. If you have ever seen a war movie you see how those in war deal with death. Their Sargeant dies and they keep it pushing, no time to grieve, there’s still a mission at hand. So in the developed world where there’s enough food, water, shelter, etc, you don’t have to worry about when the next meal is coming. So in return, the universe gives you different shit to deal with. Now you realize daddy never been around, mama...
